Blazers Welcome Back Three; Dougherty, Wilson, Bullard Re-Signed

The Oklahoma City Blazers and owner Jake Runey are thrilled to announced the first signings for the Blazers in the NA3HL era, welcoming back skaters Cache Bullard and Hunter Dougherty, and goaltender Joey Wilson.

Cache Bullard skated in his rookie season for the Blazers last season in the WSHL, skating in 35 games and scoring two goals and two assists on the season. Prior to joining OKC, Bullard skated with the Oklahoma City Oil Kings 16U team, scoring two points in 20 games played.

Hunter Dougherty returns for his third season with the Blazers, originally signing with OKC in 2018. In 48 career games with the Blazers, Dougherty has picked up eight points over two seasons. Dougherty has some NA3HL experience, having played for the Cape Cod Islanders, scoring 11 points during the 2017-18 season.

Joey Wilson also returns for a second season with the Blazers after minding the net in two contests last season, with a 1-0-0 record. Wilson’s playing career also includes the OKC Oil Kings in 2016-17, before spending time with the Cape Cod Islanders in 2017-18.
