Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to provide the guidelines for our games this season to make sure everyone was aware of them prior to attending any games. Our intent is to keep everyone on and off the ice as safe as possible this season, as we navigate these unique circumstances together.
-Masks will be required upon entry and at all times in Arctic Edge. Guest temperatures will also be taken at the door at entry. The only exception for masks will be in the dining section of Slap Shots, and in the smoking area. Masks will be available for sale.
-We ask any fans exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms to play it safe and forego coming to the games. Refunds or tickets to other games this season can be provided for any missed games relating to that (pending availability).
-No fan exit or re-entry will be permitted to/from the parking lot this season. A new designated smoking area will be established this season.
-Tickets will be available at the door, and cash payments will be accepted. However, we do recommend that fans purchase their tickets online, or use cards to purchase tickets at the door, in order to provide as little contact during transactions as possible.
-We ask fans to follow and respect social distancing guidelines as much as possible while in Arctic Edge. We certainly understand that circumstances within the floor, walkway, and stairs areas can make that difficult. However, we can all work together to make things as safe as possible for each other this season.
