Petr Philippov has signed his commitment to play NCAA Division III hockey at Gustavus Adolphus in the MIAC.
Petr came to OKC via the New Mexico Ice Wolves in the NAHL. Petr played just 16 games in OKC, but proved to be a leader we needed. With 6 goals and 21 assists he lead the team to their first ever playoff appearance in the NA3HL.
During the Fraser Cup Playoffs Petr would go on to tally 3 goals and 6 assists in 8 games leading the team to the Final Four.
Petr played youth hockey in Russia and Slovakia before coming to the United States. He would then go on to dominate the WSHL before joining the NAHL.
