The Oklahoma City Blazers are thrilled to announced the addition of Swedish defenseman Anton Thelander for the 2020-21 NA3HL season. Thelander joins the Blazers for his first stop in North American junior hockey, spending his previous seasons in Sweden.
Thelander spent last season with Borås HC J20 of the J20 Elit league, picking up six points in seven games played. The previous two seasons to that, Thelander played two seasons with Skövde IK J20, playing a total of 46 games and scoring nine points.
Hailing from Tidaholm, Sweden, the 6-foot-4, 209-pound defenseman enters his final season of junior eligibility as he makes his way across the Atlantic.
